Terms & Conditions

50% deposit at booking confirmation. Balance must be cleared before 30 November 2026. Failure to pay leads to cancellation and processing according to the refund policy.
All payments must be made to the Al Quddus Munazzam account.
MASHAIR transportation provided by air-conditioned buses on a seat-by-seat basis up to Muzdalifah.
Additional Saudi government taxes/charges will be added to the package price and charged separately.
The company is not responsible for charges in case of a no-show.
Package category (Double, Triple, or Quad) and hotel cannot be changed after booking confirmation.
Airline airfare is included from Karachi. Travel from Lahore (LHE) or Islamabad (ISB) is subject to airline availability and any fare difference will be charged separately.
Double, Triple, and Quad categories apply to Makkah and Madinah hotels. Accommodation in Aziziyah is on a sharing basis (4–5 persons per room), with male and female pilgrims accommodated separately.
Pilgrims are responsible for tagging, handling, and customs clearance of their own luggage. Management is not responsible for loss in transit.
Company is not responsible for flight or traffic delays.
Essential medications must be attested by the Hajj Camp. No liquid medicines permitted. Meningitis, Flu, and Polio vaccinations are provided by the Hajj Camp.
No refund if the Hajj visa/ticket is already issued and substitution is impossible. If substitution is possible, only visa and ticket cancellation charges are deducted.
The package price is fixed and not affected by slight variations in days spent in Makkah/Madinah due to flight schedules.
If hotel stays exceed the plan for any reason, extra charges apply.
Company is not responsible for visa delays or non-issuance.
Group bus transfers for airport pick-up/drop-off only.
Hotel services in Aziziyah are managed by hotel management.
An extra bed is added for triple and quad rooms.
Any extra services requested will be charged separately and are subject to availability.
Above mentioned prices are based on Per Person. Airline airfare is included from Karachi.
All Services Will Be Rendered by Dar Al Eiman Pakistan.
