The packages published on this website are for Hajj 1448H / 2027, with stays in Makkah and Madinah. Register early through the Hajj 2027 form so the team can confirm availability and contact you with suitable packages.

The journey guide on this website follows eight stages: registration and visa processing, travel and arrival in Saudi Arabia, Umrah at the Kaaba with Sa’i between Safa and Marwah, travel to Mina, the day of Arafat and the stay in Muzdalifah, Rami al-Jamarat, Qurbani with Halq or trimming, and Tawaf al-Wida before leaving Makkah. Experienced guides assist with the rituals.

Yes. Group Hajj packages include guided rituals, a group coordinator, religious guidance, and support through the journey. The team also lists safe travel, 24/7 assistance, multilingual support, and hygienic meals among the pilgrim services. If you are travelling for the first time, say so in the registration form so the team can recommend a suitable duration and hotel category.

Al Quddus Munazzam publishes three groups of tentative packages, all for Makkah and Madinah. Maktab A Deluxe (Zone 1) is offered for 13, 17, and 22 days. Maktab A Premium (Zone 1) is offered for 10, 13, and 17 days. Maktab C Standard (Zone 5) is offered for 13 days, 19/20 days, and 25 days, including a 19/20-day Swissotel / Al Maqam option. A separate Partners Hajj Packages 2027 list shows packages from Al Saad Travel, Al Shakoor, Al Wahid Hajj, Baba Group, Butt Travel, Dossani Travel, Gulf Hajj, Raja Travel, Mashal Group, and Zaka Group. The prices on the Al Quddus Munazzam package pages are tentative and charged per person in double, triple, or quad sharing. Airfare is not included. Saudi government taxes or charges, if applied, are added separately. Partner posters follow the terms printed on each poster.

The 13-day Deluxe package, for example, lists Aziziya Hotel in Makkah on full board, Emaar Royal in Madinah for 3 nights on half board, Qurbani, and 5 days of Hajj services as provided by the Muallim. Listed features include VIP air-conditioned camps in Mina and Arafat, private washrooms, air-conditioned buses on a seat-by-seat basis, hot and cold beverages, visa processing, Madinah Ziyarat, and the Haramain Train from Makkah to Madinah where marked on that package. Gift items are listed for Hujjaj travelling from Pakistan. Hotels, nights, and features change by duration, so read the package you select.

Those categories set the per-person rate for the Makkah and Madinah hotels. After booking is confirmed, the sharing category and hotel cannot be changed. On the Deluxe terms, an extra bed is added for triple and quad rooms, and accommodation in Aziziyah is on a sharing basis of 4 to 5 people, with men and women accommodated separately.

Partner packages are listed by the operating partner and shown as the poster supplied for that package. Al Quddus Munazzam’s own Deluxe, Premium, and Standard pages state that services on those packages are rendered by Dar Al Eiman Pakistan. Use the partner card when you want that operator’s hotels, duration, and price, and use the Maktab pages when you want an Al Quddus Munazzam tentative package.

On the published 2027 package terms, 50% is payable when the booking is confirmed and the balance must be cleared before 30 November 2026. If the balance is not received by that date, the booking is cancelled and any refund follows the refund policy. All payments for these packages are made to the Al Quddus Munazzam account.

The package terms say there is no refund once the Hajj visa or ticket has been issued and a substitute pilgrim cannot be arranged. If a substitute is possible, only the visa and ticket cancellation charges are deducted. A booking that is cancelled because the balance was not paid is processed under the same refund policy. Read the terms on your package page before you pay the deposit.

Yes. Visa processing is part of the Hajj services on the published packages, and the company states a 99% visa approval rate. The same terms also say the company is not responsible for visa delay or non-issuance, so keep your documents ready and follow the instructions you are given after registration.

Yes. Airfare is not part of the package price. If you book your own flights, tell the company at registration, then share the flight details and a copy of the ticket. Hotel check-in is between 16:00 and 18:00. Any extra cost from an early or late arrival is the pilgrim’s responsibility. The company is not responsible for flight or traffic delays, or for luggage lost in transit.

The package terms state that Meningitis, flu, and polio vaccinations are provided by the Hajj Camp. Carry essential medicines attested by the Hajj Camp. Liquid medicines are not permitted.

Maktab A Deluxe lists VIP air-conditioned camps in Mina and Arafat with private washrooms, and Mashair transport by air-conditioned bus, seat by seat, up to Muzdalifah. The five days of Hajj are provided according to the Muallim. Camp and transport details on Premium, Standard, and partner packages are printed on those pages.

Qurbani is included on the published Al Quddus Munazzam 2027 packages, including the 13-day Deluxe example. The company also offers Shariah-compliant Qurbani through trusted authorities, with confirmation and documentation. Men complete Halq or trim their hair, and women cut a portion, as part of that rite.

Madinah Ziyarat is included on the Maktab A Deluxe features, and the services list also covers guided Ziyarat, hotel bookings, and ground transportation. Airport pick-up and drop-off on the package terms are by group bus. Extra services requested after booking are charged separately and depend on availability.

Your group coordinator and the office share travel plans, hotel names, and room details. Registered pilgrims can also use the Al Quddus Munazzam app, with login details issued by the agency, to view the package plan, contact the coordinator, receive notifications, and get navigation help for hotels and Ziyarat. The app does not take payments.
